According to the Jazz website (https://jazz.net/help/rational-team-concert/1.0.1/index.jsp?topic=/com.ibm.team.install.doc/topics/t_s_server_installation_setup_oracle.html) the only officially supported Oracle version is "10g release 2". Does anyone have knowledge of other versions working, in particular Oracle 9i? I've tried Oracle 11 and the repotools script rejected it. I have an upcoming customer who's hoping to use 9i and need to know asap if it's known to not work.

We currently only provide support for Oracle 10g and currently the

system will throw an exception for any other version of Oracle. We have
provided a patch to customers to ignore the version checking at their
own risk. In the future releases we will allow someone to override the
version checking. Assuming you get around the version checking I would
expect Oracle 11 to work but have no idea about Oracle 9i. I cannot
immediately think of something that would be a problem.
