To integrate RTC with JDeveloper, see the JDeveloper page: http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/developer-tools/jdev/subversion-100055.html
It appears that all it really allows you to do is to add menu items to JDeveloper that invoke the command line of your SCM system (unless you want to start coding against the JDeveloper SDK).
Since JDeveloper provides such limited support for integrating with an SCM system, I'd suggest just using Eclipse as your "RTC GUI", so that you can get the benefits of the various RTC views such as Pending Changes and History.

 Hi Malaya

I believe your developers use JDeveloper as IDE for development.

--> There is no integration available with RTC and Oracle JDeveloper IDE yet. Please see the system requirements for CLM 4.0.3 and supported IDE's here:

https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Deployment/CLMSystemRequirements403

--> You might also want to go through this discussion in Jazz.net forum on the related query and consider subscribing to the jazz.net work item at the end of this discussion:

Hope this helps.
