Phantom Builds

We have several build servers running JBE on Linux.  Everything is running fine apart from on two occasions in the past month we have received notification of 2 build failures from one of our build engines.  Inspecting the logs it seems that the build started during the backup window of the CLM server so the connection to the server failed.

The strange thing is, looking at the stream that this build is connected to, there are no new changes to build.  The "Build only if there are changes accepted" option in the Build Definition is checked and the build is scheduled to run every 30 minutes.

Anyone else seen this?

We are using v4.0.4

If clients cannot connect to the server during the backup window, then a build would not be able to connect and check if there are changes to accept.
