Unable to edit my profile

I am trying to set up a Sandbox to trial RTC.

When I click on ‘Sandbox02 – Latest Release’ I receive the message:

"You need to complete your jazz.net profile before you can create your Sandbox project"

When I go to my profile, edit the missing information and submit, the new information is not saved.

Therefore I cannot create a Sandbox because I cannot edit my profile.

How do I resolve this?

I just tried to edit my profile, and it saved successfully.  Are you getting an error message when you save?

No confirmation email of profile change received.

I have already informed the jazz.net webmaster.

No.

I change details in my profile and submit the changes.  It appears to accept the changes OK.

However, when I go to 'Edit Profile' again no changes have been made and the original details are displayed.

Strange.  Are you getting a confirmation e-mail that your profile has been updated?

I'll let the jazz.net web team know about the issue.
