 Hi Vijayalakshmi

There is no option to reset the password in file.

If you are using Apache Tomcat application server you can use the tomcat-users.xml file to reset the password as mentioned here:

If this doesn't help, please let know your complete set-up.

- Are you using Apache tomcat server or Websphere Application Server (WAS)?
- What is the error you receive and are you trying to login to RTC? Did you forget the password?
- Are you using an external LDAP to define the users and their credentials?

I am using WAS on z/OS to deploy jts.
 RTC version is RTCv4.0.1
Security implemented with RACF.

I started up WAS on z/OS, and from Web browser WAS console, logged on with WAS admin user id and deployed jts.war file.
Started up jts from WAS console.

Then with url, i could view the jazz server web page(Logon screen)
When i tried to logon with user id and password given in file, it says Invalid user.

How to proceed now.
