I associate changesets to work items all the time in version 4.0.3.  It's like this:

lscm cs assoc <changeset alias/uuid> <workitem alias/uuid>

Also, try :

lscm help changeset associate

Works very well!

Hi,

if you are referring to the association of a change set to a work item, this capability has been added in RTC 4.0.6 M1. You can download this milestone version to test if this fits your bill.

If this answers your question please mark it as accepted.
