When will RTC 4.x entension document be available?

The SDK can be downloaded for the 4.x versions. There is no official documentation on the SDK whatsoever. All the hints in the wiki are as is. Having said that, the available documentation on the RTC 3.x has always worked for me. I have seen no Version issues.
