RTC Baseline of linkset on DOORS and system architect

RĂ©gis Dumond (111) | asked Dec 04 '13, 4:33 p.m.
 Hello,
I would use RTC to create a baseline for a project that may contain links to DOORS baseline or to a workspace System architect (concept of baseline model in SA). This option would provide a baseline concept of links instead of a baseline content found in most PLM tools. Is that possible in RTC?

Thank you in advance for your help on this.

Cordially.

An RTC baseline is effectively a snapshot of a tree of files.
When you say "a project that may contain links to DOORS baseline", where are those links stored?
If they are stored in a file in that baseline, then yes, that baseline will contain the links to those files.

Or if you are looking for a "baseline" that combines an RTC baseline with a DOORS baseline or whatever SA considers a baseline, then that is something we call a "global baseline", and work on that is currently planned (see [CCM] SCM Support for OSLC global configuration contributor protocol (RELM integration) (278231)).
