I want to write a small demonstration example to extract data from all Test Case - test design into various files/variables. I use this to steer other processes while maintaining data in rqm. Do you have a similar example or a link to a good source for this.

Marc,

as far as I know there is no Java API for RQM that you can access. The reportable REST API is described here: https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/RqmApi
There are also tools to extract data such as https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/RQMExcelWordImporter and https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/RQMCopyUtility

I have no experience with these tools, i just happened to know they are available.
