RRC 4.0 - exporting all data in PDF from a use case diagram

AOC Admin (13631917) | asked Oct 29 '13, 4:44 p.m.

Hi,

We created some use case diagrams and added descriptions, comments, attribute values etc.  After saving the artifact, when we click on the button to export the artifact, it asks us what data we wish to export. We check all the options. We get the attributes and comments, yet, we do not get the description.

We have also been unable to query on the Description of the artifact. Does anyone have a workaround for it? The users put quite a bit of effort into adding descriptons to the artifacts but that is pointless if we are unable to export the artifact and share with the stakeholders.

Thanks,

Nandita

Hi,

or you are able to edit/customize a RPE template (Report file dta) and add the attributes/description you need.

Or better you can use a normal RRC Artifact and insert into it the Use Case Diagram using in editing mode the “Insert artifact” option: so when you extract a Report about the choosen Artifact you'll get Description and attributes about the artifact and Use Case Diagram.
