multiple iterations in a release plan

how do I get multiple iterations to be included in a release plan in RTC 4.0.3 for a traditional project life cycle.
i have 4 iterations for reqs, design, implementation, test..............I'd like to have all of these be part of the top level release plan

Ross,

While managing your project, you can define the hierarchy of iterations as needed. Then in your release plan, select the top-level iteration that represents a release and it will display its child iterations in the hierarchy.

Also, make sure the plan view for your release plan has these options: Group: Iteration, Display: Tree: Parent-> Children, as the default "Work Breakdown and Schedule" is defined.
