Could I create workspace and build engine/definition on web?

I know how to use Eclipse with RTC plugin to create workspace and build engine/definition.
But it's not convenient for administrator because they don't need Eclipse in their job.

Is it possible to create workspace and build engine/definition on web?
I can use web to see workspace, build engine/definition, but I cannot add them.

Hi Dennys,

Unfortunately you cannot currently edit build definitions or engines in the web UI.  However we are tracking the enhancement in this plan item, [CCM] Allow Build administration in the web UI (222104).

Thanks, I just subscribe it and hope it will be implemented in the future. And do you know the function for workspace ?
