query timeout when running Quality Management etl job

Hi all,

While trying to do a full load of our data warehouse the Quality Management job seems to be taking a very long time....1 day, 12 hours so far....

What concerns me are the messages in the qm.log ....  every 2 - 4 hours I get a

I am concerned that this query (for all the execution results?) is never going to complete as it's been producing this message every 4 hours for over a day already.

Any idea how I can resolve this?
