RTW Adapter to RQM Won't Connect

We have RTW 8.5 installed on a workstation. The installation includes RFT, RPT, etc. as a part of install. We are having an issue where the RTW adapter won't connect to RQM in the image and it always returns an error. I can start and connect with the RFT adapter that is installed on the image without a problem. If I stop the RFT one and go to use the RTW one in the eclipse client, I always get an error. Anybody have any experiences here that might say why we are having this issue? I think we are at the right version of everything, and I copied and pasted the project name so they are identical in the RFT adapter and the RTW

Hi Scott,
One reason could be that the project area entered in the 'Quality Manager Adapter' Preference is not correct.
(Window->Preference->Quality Manager Adapter). Can you verify if the project area is entered correctly. I think the project area is case sensitive too. Make sure there is no extra spaces inadvertently added
