CLM 4.0.3
SSE

Installed on a blank wind 2008 machine. Installed and created a JazzAdmin user. I created a "SSE" lifecycle project that I called Test LC Project that has all four apps (RM/QM/CCM/DM). I then went to create the JKE Banking sample and got the following error, even after changing my licenses and even adding a license from each app (Developer, QProfessional, Analyst, DM)

Error creating the sample: com.ibm.team.lpa.automation.TaskException: CRJCA0201E The application /dm has reported that the Money That Matters sample cannot be created for the logged in user. Verify that the user has the necessary repository permissions and client access licenses (CALs) assigned. The application reported the following message: Design Management is not configured with a server extension that contributes to the CLM Sample. .

Hi Sterling,

It would probably be best to contact Tech Support as I have not seen this message before "Design Management is not configured with a server extension that contributes to the CLM".

 Hi Sterling,

The MTM must be trying to pull in some design models but is failing.
This resembles a known defect: https://www-304.ibm.com/support/entdocview.wss?uid=swg1PM94422
PM94422: 'There is no registered extension' error
importing models or profiles in IBM Rational Software Architect Design
Manager 4.0.3
SOLUTION

Install the RSA Domain Extension following the steps outlined in
the infocenter page called 'There is no known workaround at this
time':
http://pic.dhe.ibm.com/infocenter/rdmhelp/v4/index.jsp?topic=%2F

There are two flavors of DM: RSA DM and Rhapsody DM. Only RSA DM supports the JKE Banking model sample. SSE solution includes Rhapsody DM which does not support JKE sample. RSA DM is usually used with the CLM solution while Rhapsody DM is used with SSE.
