Hello jazz community,

we get the error (see in the screenshot) when opening the pending changes view with RTC Eclipse Client for Eclipse 4.2.x 4.0.4. Curiously we get the error with this RTC Eclipse Client version only.

Environment:
  • Jazz Server 4.0.4
  • RTC 4.0.4 for Eclipse IDE 4.2.x
  • Java 7 Update 40
What steps will reproduce the problem?
  1. Install RTC Eclipse Client for Eclipse 4.2.x 4.0.4 with IBM Installation Manager or as Eclipse add-on  P2Packet
  2. Try to View Pending Changes
We tried the same with RTC Eclipse Client for Eclipse 4.2.x 4.0.3 and this worked as expected, also we tried RTC Eclipse Client for Eclipse 3.6.x 4.0.4 an this worked, too.

Do you have an Idea what the cause for the error is?

Are you using a supported JVM for the RTC 4.0.4 Eclipse client? See https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Deployment/CLMSystemRequirements403#B5_Java_SDK_RTC_Eclipse_Client
