 Archana,
The data/information you are importing from a Word document will be imported as RQM artifacts. Examples of artifacts would be Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Scripts...ect
Once the import is complete (Using the Excel/Word import tool) you can access the imported artifacts using the Menu options in RQM
Planning -> Browse Test Plans
Construction -> Browse Test Cases
Construction -> Browse Test Scripts

With the Rational Quality Manager Excel and Word Importers, you can export test data from Excel and Word applications to Rational Quality Manager through HTTP. By using this utility, these applications can directly export test artifacts in a well-defined XML format. The XML content can then be imported to a Rational Quality Manager server using standard HTTP protocols. For more information, see https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/RQMExcelWordImporter.
