Our customer works 5 and 1/2 days . Is it possible to set 5 & half day work schedule at project area or at team area level instead of asking each and every users to set 4 hours for 6th day

Hi Tom,

You have to edit the work days for every user. In the web-client you have to open each user, go to work environment and add 4hours for the 6th day of work

Hi Tom,

You can adjust the work days at the project area level.  https://jazz.net/forum/questions/90429/how-do-you-use-project-specified-work-environment-in-scrum-template explains how to do so.  Unfortunately, it looks like you can only set the same number of hours per day--I don't see a way to set a half day on the 6th day.  You could submit an enhancement request for this.  One option might be to spread the hours out evenly across all 6 days.
