Why does a change apply to duplicate non-shared copies of a presentation?

I have performed the following as per question: https://jazz.net/forum/questions/25385/how-to-duplicate-an-existing-work-item-presentation-editor

- duplicate the editor and save
- on the new editor, duplicate the overview tab and save
- remove the original overview tab (duplicate adds an additional one currently)
- on the new overview tab, duplicate the details section and save
- remove the original details section from the new overview tab
- in the new details section, you can now do changes that do not affect other editors

I then proceed to edit the "Type" Enumeration to click "Hide if empty" and save.

When doing this in RTC 4.0.1 and JTS 4.0.1 on my Windows 7 laptop, the hide if empty is only checked in the duplicated editor not in the default editor.

When doing this in RTC 4.0.1 and JTS 4.0.1 on our enterprise test area, the hide if empty is checked in the duplicated editor AND in the default editor.

What am I missing?

 Hello Michael,
(if behavior is different, then assume settings are different)

I would start with comparing both PA:
  • copy PA source as XML in some file
  • use Notepad++ (or other compare tool) to compare both files and search for differences
Thanks,
Eric.
