I have read the Planning articles, but I may have missed something. I created two projects, Scrum and Formal based, and added two new teams to both. When I do a Plan, and choose to select the work items and display load, I get the following error.
Bars are not shown because Groups are not configured.

There is no grouping option in your plan display. If you want to display load bars, then they are shown on the corresponding groups, e.g. if you want to see the load for the teams, than add a group for the Teams and you will see the load base for them.
