SCM mirroring?

Is there any notion of mirroring SCM? For example I have the Jazz repo
in a machine in the US which is fine for users in the US, but users in
Europe find it slow (not so much for viewing work items, but for
accepting incoming changes).

Sorry if this has been discussed before ... I couldn't immediately find
anything about it.

The support for cloning a component's history an moving to another server is part of the SCM's systems design but it hasn't been enabled just yet. We've tried to keep the design and implementaion very much aligned with distributing changes between repositories and allowing accept/deliver to work across repositories. To learn more:
