I have users who would like to use RTC 2.0.0.2 client on Windows 7 64 bit machine and I wanted to know if it is supported. 

I have searched

However there are no mention of Windows 7 64 bit.

Are they not supported or were they not considered at that time?

Hi DH,
At the time when RTC 2.0.0.2 was released, Windows 7 was not available yet (or was really new OS). Anyway it is not mentioned in the list of operating systems so supported on best effort only.

Anyway what is the reason you are still using 2.0.0.2? Are you considering to migrate to newer RTC version?

I had suggested the same approach, however they are not able to upgrade from 2 to 4.x at the moment.

Hi DH,
I don't know the entire situation for them but just do not hesitate to open new PMR (if you have RTC support purchased) if you have any problems with migration from 2 to 4. Then you should receive help.
