Hi team,

I have following requirement, how to handle in CLM.

1. in a large project, first couple of months project will run in water fall mode like RQ, Design

2. After some time certain actvities will continue in water fall but  Major part of the project will move in to Agile.. How can we handle this in CLM? Which template we will select.

Regards,

Smitha

If you are not thinking of using capabilities like the Gantt chart display from the formal project management template, than it would agree with Krzysztof to start with an agile template. You can setup iterations than that are reflecting your waterfall phases, like requirements or design. After that first phase, that its easy to use the template in the agile way.

Hi SMitha,
I just would start with agile template and make first iteration finish when you are switching to agile way.

Let me know what you think about that.
