HI,
One of my client is using VSS, now they want to migrate to IBM RTC. Does RTC integrates with Microsoft Visual Source Safe (VSS) or can we import the data from vss to RTC.

Please help me its Urgent requirement.

You would need to import the data from vss to RTC.   This is a 2 step process ... first import your vss using a vss-to-svn import tool (there are a bunch of them out there, but I don't have personal experience with any of them).  Then you use the RTC svn importer to import from there into RTC.
