Importing From Subversion Dump - version requirements and detail

When importing from Subversion via a SVN Dump and using the RTC Eclispe Import wizard is there a requirement on version of Subversion that is required for importing into RTC v4.0 or is it SVN version independent?

Also what level of detail from subversion is imported into RTC (ccm) V4.0? Is it just a series of tags on each branch or trunk that is imported or are full element revision change histories also imported? e.g user, dates and comments

Please take a look at https://jazz.net/library/article/650 for details about the SVN dump import. You may be interested in the section about what to expect . Most things map to something in RTC and the article will detail how certain operations map to RTC. The layout of your SVN repo will affect how you can import. SVN has a flexible layout and the importer makes assumptions based on commonly used layouts.

For the version, full SVN dumps are supported and any SVN version is ok. Partial dumps are not supported at all.
