I'd like deploy and register new jazz extention (precondition/followup or other component) at remote server. Is there an easy way to do that?

The Jazz server manages new extensions through the Eclipse provisioning
features. You can read more about how to deploy new extensions into a
server from https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/UsingJazzProvisioner .
It is not currently possible to deploy a new extension without shell
access on the server, but some work in 2.0 might make that a
possibility.
