How do I clear date fields when creating a Timeline or Iteration using the Web UI
We recently upgraded from RTC 3.0.1 to RTC 4.0.1. I typically use Eclipse, but one of my coworkers is using the Web UI and I'm trying to help him. In Eclipse I can clear the start and end dates when creating a timeline or iteration. I can't do this in the Web UI. I seem to remember that I could do this from the Web UI in RTC 3.0.1. Is this a known issue? |

I figured this out. I was trying to clear the dates using the backspace key. You need to use the delete key.
