 Hello:

I need to add some custom fields while creating a new project in RTC like Project Owner, Project Department, Project Due Date etc.  Is this possible?

Thanks..

But, some of this is already built into the concept of a process template for a RTC project area which also has Team areas, timelines, iterations, etc.  That type of information may be available for development intelligence type reports via RRDI or for document style reports via RRDG.

No it is not possible to customize the create new project wizard. What have seen some folks do is add some of this information to the Project dashboard via a viewlet where anyone can see this data.

See the General tab of this dashboard and the use of the Headlines viewlet:  https://jazz.net/jazz/web/projects/Jazz%20Collaborative%20ALM#action=com.ibm.team.dashboard.viewDashboard&tab=_1
There also exists a HTML widget and an External content widget.

You are also able to edit the Project area's description which can then be displayed on a dashboard using the Descriptions viewlet.

Thanks Rosa,

the reason for this is to be able to run custom reports on Projects and filter the results based on those Custom Fields, so I don't think the Dashboard idea would work out.
