How to migrate RTC, RQM, RRC from IBM i to Linux

Hi we currently have RTC, RQM and RRC version 3 installed on IBM i. We would like to migrate it to a Linux box as well as upgrading it to latest version.
Is this even possible?

On the CLM help there is some information (and a wizard) for helping with the upgrade, that might provide some guidance
