Hi,
 I am using CLM 4.0.1 for windows. I am not sure everytime the data collection job fails for CCM Repo.

Please find the attached screenshot.

Hello Manoj,

HTTP response code: 500 is an internal server error.
I would check the ccm log for entries around the time of this message.

Hi Manoj,

I suggest you get more information about the error from the ETL logs.
I advise you to check this article https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Deployment/HowToReadETLLogFile (from the Deployment wiki).

Hi Leroy,

  This is error what I get from the ccm-etl log file. I also do have insight installed on the same machine.
