How can I get the scheduler to email my report?

I have set up a report and have setup the scheduling for it. In the My area options section under my activities it shows the report scheduling succeeded yet the report is not emailed. I also have my email setup properly in the system.
Anyone have any ideas? |

the answer was that the mail server had to be configured in cognos by SDI team

If you look at Cognos Administration 'Past Activities' section are there any error messages listed? Usually when my reports won't email there will be an error listed.

it also shows enabled, Jackie
