Will running full Data Movement job in Insight solve issue of past updates not appearing in Reports?

One of our customers has RQM TERs that were updated on 7/26, but in our Insight reports it's still listing the last update as 7/18.  The delta data movement job runs nightly but doesn't seem to pick up the update.

Would running the full job solve this problem.

We're using CLM 4.0.1 and Insight 1.1.1.1.  DB2 level is 9.7.

We see this same thing from time to time also - hoping someone has an answer!

I tried running the full job but that didn't help.  What's interesting is some of the TERs updated in RQM on 7/26 are updated in the reports, but for some reason others were not.

Re-running the full load isn't an option for us - it would take over a week to run the RQM full load on our data, so in the past we've just re-run the delta with an earlier timestamp. Not a great option either.
