http status 401 using RPE with RQM

Hi,
some users get the http status 401 when they try to login into RQM via RPE. They are RQM users, can work via RQM webinterface, but they are not allowed to use RQM via RPE. Want can be wrong? greetings georg. |

Hi Georg What is the version of RPE in picture? Also, when RPE reports an error 401 in the console window, it will report this for a URL that will be mentioned in console just before this error. Could you ask this user to copy this URL from RPE console window and paste it to a web browser on the same machine and check if he is able to access that link?
