Is there a way to determine that an operations advisor has been overriden?

How can I determine that a person has overriden a precondition?  Specifically the the "don't check in code that doesn't compile" rule.

In my "don't check in code that doesn't compile" example one can choose to override the condition from the error message that opens on the advisor tab.  The override allows the user to check the code into a change set but I can't find a way to determine that the user actually executed the override action.  I was hoping that it would show up as part of the history or annotation.
