Query the definition of a custom property

Hey,
actually the custom property (with a simple data type) of a requirement resource looks like that example:
<rm_property:_30tCgPnjEeKZj4-JCpN5RQ rdf:datatype="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#string">value123</rm_property:_30tCgPnjEeKZj4-JCpN5RQ>
Referring to that article it is possible for OSLC specific propties to retrieve the definition of the property ("Status").
Is there a way to do the same for custom properties specified in Jazz?

Query the instance shape of the requirement resource. This includes OSLC and user defined attributes as well.
