RAM global Asset Types

Sean Burke (3789137237) | asked Jul 24 '13, 3:50 p.m.
We will soon be rolling out RAM.  I notice that there are no out of the box global asset types so it looks like we have to populate this list.  Does anybody know if there is a standard Asset Type list that we could use as reference or possibly import or is this largely company specific?

This is completely company specific. There are no general asset types.

RAM does have some domain specific asset types that would get automatically loaded if the appropriate extension library is loaded. An example domain specific library is RPM. If that built-in library gets installed then its asset types will also get loaded.

As Rich noted above, go to the Administration -> Libraries (right hand side), and Import and existing (built in) library.
