Hello,

I want to upgrade from version 4 to 4.0.3, but testing the last version, and when I'm creating a new Test Scrip, and when I do click in Add step, I start to type the description and when I do click in thext column (Expected Results), my description disappear and it does not allow me type anymore, I have to cancel and try again but is the same issue.

I attach the screensnapshot when it doesn't allow me type.

I just setup an RQM4.0.3 environment on windows, 
Quality Management - Core Libraries 4.0.3 I20130517_2102
Jazz Foundation - Core Libraries 4.0.3 RJF-I20130515-1759

the didn't met problem when adding steps, my IE9 version is

Hello Rafael,
We had this issue with RQM 4.0.1. Anyway there was no customer reporting it in 4.0.3. Could you try cleaning your browser cache (ctrl+shift+del) and check if you still have the issue?
