Given a IWorkspaceConnection workspace instance and
a IWorkspaceConnection stream instance
how can I know if that workspace was created from (the UI by right click) the stream via "create new repository workspace" option ?
the question is how to do it the shortest way programmatically.

That information is not recorded. The workspace creation is copying the configuration of the stream but the stream that was used isn't saved.
