How to resolve "CRJZS0034E The OAuth token is not valid or expired"

Hi,

We are in process of migrating users from windows authentication to Jazz user authentication for AppScan Enterprise/Source edition users.
We have followed the instructions as per the information, published online-

http://pic.dhe.ibm.com/infocenter/asehelp/v8r7m0/index.jsp?topic=%2Fcom.ibm.ase.help.doc%2Ftopics%2Ft_migrate_windows_authentication_to_jazz.html

We have executed every step as mentioned in the article. We did not get any errors during these steps.

But when we open AppScan Enterprise after following these steps , it accepts the LDAP user id & password but logs out immediately.
Looking at the appscanservertomcat-stdout logs - its shows entries like -

2013-07-17 17:36:28,076 [          http-bio-9443-exec-5] ERROR com.ibm.rational.appscan.server.service.rest        - CRJZS0034E The OAuth token is not valid or expired.

Screen shots ::

Thanks in advance!

Hi Arnab,

We first need to determin if the issue is with the appScan or jts configuration.  TO do this, go to http(s)://servername:port/jts and see if the log in completes.  If it fails then we need to look at the ldap configuration.  If it succeeds then I suspect something went wrong with the apScan configuration.

If the log in complets
a. Issue may be with appScan configuration
b. Would suggest openning a PMR to engage appScan support

If log in fails
a. Check the  LDAP configuration to ensure the settings are correct
b. If there is a different LDAP group mapped to each jazz role, then log in with a user from each group to see if the problem is specific to a specific ldap group
c. Use an ldap browser to validate the users due exist

Problems can look different depending on ones perspective.   Attempting to process all options is futile, but not doing so is also futile.
