Hello, we have CLM 4.0.2 on WAS 8.0.0.3. JTS, QM and CCM are installed on three different physical servers: call them jts-server, qm-server and ccm-server.

Cross server communication has been set on all.

Now if I login to https://jts-server/jts/admin, and click a link to QM, it will ask me to login to https://qm-server.

My question is how can you make user login once to https://jts-server, and then he can access QM and CCM without futher login prompt?

Thanks.

SSO (Single Sign On)  will need to be enabled in WebSphere.  Depending if this is a federated environment or all the WAS servers are stand alone will  dictate the steps needed to configure WAS for SSO.  Detailed steps are in the WAS infoCenter.

Thanks. What if SSO is not an option here? Any other ways to do it?
