Trying to run the cmd 'ccc create synchronizedStream .....'

the subcommand 'synchronizedStream' doesn't seem to exist with the version of ccctools that we are using.  We're using version 3.2.1 of ccctools and version 4.0.2 of RTC. Does anyone have any knowledge of why this subcommand is not found??

Lucy the only way to create a sync stream pre-4.0.3 is through Eclipse using: File->New->other->Jazz Source Control ->ClearCase Synchronized Stream

What is the method of creating a sync stream on the cmd line in 4.0.2? Is there a way??
