CLM4.0.3_All Job fails with Software Exception 0xC0000005 ( Access Violation ) error

I have integrated CLM with insight successfully to the point of "Customizing the CLM job streams" step, referring to the following link.
Integrating CLM with an existing Rational Insight But, When I tried to run CLM4.0.3_All Job in DataManager, I got the folloing exception. you define the the default gateway url in Congos manager
if not the define there your clm url as service depatch
