RQM Add-In not appearing in Excel 2010 menu

 Hi there,

I've seen this question asked already, however have not come across a solution that seems to apply to my case.

I have successfully installed the RQM Add-In, yet I cannot see the menu option in MS Excel. I am running MS Excel 2010, .net framework 4, have administrator privileges, and it does not appear in the Add-Ins menu (File -> Options -> Add-Ins) at all in Excel.

Would anyone know what is causing this issue?

Thanks,
Chris

Is your Office 32 bit or 64 bit?
Try installing RQMExcelImporterSetup if it is 32 bit or
RQMExcelImporterSetupX64 if it is 64 bit

you may check whether your Excel is 32-bit or 64-bit by following the procedure below,

    Start Excel
    Click "File"
    Click "Account"
    Click "About Excel"
You may find it in the first line of the prompt

Hi Chris, try to uninstall the actual version and install a latest one available for the CLM new version. Find it in the link below:
https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-quality-manager/releases/6.0.2/RQM-Extras-RQMExcelWordImporter-6.0.2.zip
Let me know the results.

I installed PIARedist.exe for Windows, then I installed again RQMExcelImporter. It was OK after that.

( my configuration : 64 bits, Windows 7, Office 2010 , RQM Excel Importer  4.0.4)
