How to make an attribute visible based on the process role?

0	Anitha Nalluri (31●9●10) \| asked Jul 09 '13, 8:39 a.m. Hi, How can I make an attribute visible based on the process role? For example: Time Spent attribute should be visible only to Team member & Project manager role but not for other roles.
