In Previous version in Test Schedule we have different colums so that we can add our name like Pass 1 and Pass2 how can can do the same in Latest version??

Timelines has moved to project area administration page in 4.0. You can define it for the whole project and use same timelines across the test plans in same project.
You can through below article which explains this concept: https://jazz.net/library/article/810 If you still are looking for the old look as in v2 and 3.x, you could choose to create a new grid section with Planned start and end date and Actual start and end date.
