Why do I get "unassigned" as the only value in my "Escalation Level" pick list?

What Enumeration type does the Escalation Level attribute correspond to?

Its possible that you are using a HTTP Filtered Value Set which is failing for some reason rendering only a unassigned literal in the Escalation Level drop down.

Ankit, this is far too few information to be able to help. There are numerous reasons, why this could be the case, dependent on how you manage your projects. You could simply run with an older version of your process, that is missing values.

  1. Check the type of the attribute
  2. If it is an enumeration, check if there are enumeration literals available
