Hi

I am pretty sure we can only create a work item template in the Eclipse client, and not the WebUI in RTC v4.0.x.  Can anyone confirm this is correct?

Starting in 4.0.3 you can create work item templates in the web client. See: https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-team-concert/releases/4.0.3?p=news

Thanks Clement - I have 4.0.3 loaded but can't see it in the UI.  Let me do some more digging.
