I am not able to see Work items Job into CCM Application reports area.

 I am not able to see Work items Job into CCM Application reports area.
Data Collection job for work items is missing. remaining data collection jobs are present.
Is there any way to get back that missing Data collection job of work items?

Try this: Go to ccm/admin -> Advance Properties. Then look for "com.ibm.team.datawarehouse.service.workitem.internal.WorkItemsRemoteSnapshotService" aand see if "Is Snapshot Enabled" is set to true.

 We already checked that setting, even we also try to false that  and checked but nothing impacted on data collection Jobs. <o:p> </o:p>

Pravin, you may want to open a PMR with Rational Support to get this investigated.

Thank you, Yes I will open PMR. But last week All data collection jobs showing properly.
