How to setup RTC SCM for product development and its variences.

Hi team,

I would like to configure RTC SCM for following scenario.

During the product developoment we would like to maintain core + 8-10 varience of the product. Some part of the  varience may merge back to core, but rest will continue in varience as is. Do we manage this using baseline and streams or do we have any better way of doing. As well would like to know what kind of governance can be brought with core and varience team.

 Please suggest me with the solution and best practices.
