We have one product that has 3 streams (versions like 1.0, 1.1, 2.0) and two scrum teams.
Is it better to use separate development lines for each scrum team (on the same schedule) or not?
Can't seem to relate the scrum teams to categories and work items. maybe because the teams can have expertise in like functional areas of the product.
Some on each team can work in the DB, the server, the web application respectively. The work items will be derived from user stories.
